How to Register Your TOTO on TTEN WB Portal
The TOTO operator can register their TOTO on the TOTO Enrolment Number (TTEN) Registration Portal using a mobile or computer. The government provides a very simple procedure to register a vehicle with simple documents.
To register your TOTO vehicle, please follow these simple steps below:
Online Application: e-rickshaw Owner/Operator can apply through the official TOTO Enrolment Number Registration Website: TTEN-WB.
Step 1: Go to the official website of the TOTO Enrolment Number portal: TTEN Registration
Step 2: Click on the “Apply For TTEN” button. Now you have to log in to the portal before you start your registration process.
Step 3: Enter your mobile number and click on the "Send OTP" button. After clicking on this button, an OTP will be delivered to the given mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the "Verify OTP" button. After verification is complete, you will be successfully logged in to the dashboard.
Step 4: Now the “My Application” section will be open on the screen. Now click on “Apply For TTEN,” and the new application form will be open on the screen.

After completing all this, now it's time to make payment. Here you have to make a one-time payment for the registration, as your validity requires you to renew every year, or you can renew for more than one year.

The application processing takes some days, like 3 to 5 days; after that, the certificate will be generated, and you can use this certificate to run your vehicle legally.
