The government set some required documents that are necessary for registration of the e-rickshaw vehicle enrolment number online. Every TOTO vehicle owner or operator collects the listed documents and uploads them when they apply for an enrolment number.

The applicant must scan the required document properly under the maximum size of 200 KB and the file format .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png as given in the government guideline.

Documents for Apply TOTO Enrolment Number

Here is the mandatory document list for the TTEN registration.

1. Valid Aadhaar Card: An Aadhaar card with the exact name of the e-rickshaw owner or operator.

2. Identity Proof: Any identity of the applicant, like a driving license/voter ID/PAN/passport.

3. Bank Account Details: Bank account with the same name of the applicant as the name on the Aadhar card.

4. Vehicle Purchase Invoice: e-rickshaw vehicle purchase invoice for confirmation of the purchase.

5. Vehicle Photograph: Take a picture of the (TOTO) E-rickshaw vehicle. It will be uploaded when they apply.

6. Valid Driving License: A valid driving license of the operator of the e-rickshaw.

7. Dealer Information: information and details of the dealer from whom the e-rickshaw was purchased.

8. Self-Declaration: If the e-rickshaw (TOTO) owner or operator does not have the invoice, they can give the self-declaration document.

This is the required document that governments use for the photo enrollment registration in West Bengal. Every new vehicle registration must have all these documents.
